I'm taking photos every month of Baby in her carseat to see how she grows

Unseasonably warm weather allowed us get out for Baby's first big girl stroller ride to celebrate the day

She was very excited about it!

Of course, the festivities planned later required some resting up for

Uncle Martin came over to toast the Birthday Boy and enjoy a lamb feast

And some double chocolate brownies with mint ice cream

Hoops and Yoyo cards are always good for a chuckle

But "On to the gifts!" says Baby

A chimney starter will get lots of use

As will a new pair of shoes. Baby wasn't too sure about them yet

But she was certainly on board with the measuring spoons idea!

Baby has taken a great interest in the puppies around here of late, and luckily they have been tolerant of her tugging and poking and hearty laughter at their crazy antics. Gunner tries to be stoic

And ignore that Baby headed for her tags

But of course she's willing to lean in for a few pets (maybe a little closer than expected!)
